Starting Your Tenancy 

Our property inspection is available during business hours Monday to Friday (except for Public Holiday) after an appointment is made. To ensure your needs are being looking after, our leasing manager will attend all property inspections with you in person.

After the inspection is completed, you may simply Apply On Line to secure your lease. It is easy, instant and environmental friendly.

Upon receiving your application, we will respond you within two business days and inform you of the outcome. If your application is successful, a second meeting will be arranged with you to document your lease and receive the rent and bond.


18During Your Tenancy

Enjoy trouble-free tenancy in a rental property managed by BRQ Chase. You will be dealing with your own Property Manager who will give you personal service when it comes to your needs during tenancy.

You will find you will be treated with the respect a tenant deserves, with any maintenance problems or sudden emergencies dealt with promptly.

Ending Your Tenancy

It is essential to vacate your premise in a clean and tidy condition to have your bond fully refunded. Please make sure a professional carpet or floor cleaning has been organised and a tax invoice is ready before vacating the premise.

Our leasing manager will conduct a final inspection within 5 business days and inform you the result generally within 1~2 weeks after the final inspection. Once mutual agreement is confirmed, our leasing manager will process the bond claim with RTBA electronically at no delay.
